Your booking
Payment is due on arrival, by cheque or cash.
Credit cards are not accepted.
Reservations can be made via the contact form (top right of the website) or by telephone on +33(0)7 60 25 08 99.
A deposit of 30% is required for reservations of 2 nights or more.
A guarantee cheque for 300€ is required on arrival. This will be destroyed or returned to you on departure, except in the event of damage.
Rates vary depending on the booking period. You can find them in each Lodge tab, under ‘Rates’, or by contacting us via the form or on +33(0)7 60 25 08 99.

Coming from Gap, on the RN94, 200m after the Chorges traffic circle, take the exit for Le Barrage, Espinasses. Turn right at the stop sign, and the Lodges de la Valière are 300m on your left.
Coming from Embrun, on the RN94, exit at Chorges. At the fountain, follow signs for Le Barrage, Espinasses. On leaving the village, Les Lodges de la Valière are 300m on your left.
Since the Mountain Law, special equipment is mandatory in winter from November 1 to March 31.
Arrivals are from 3 pm to 8 pm. Please let us know your arrival time.
In the case of arrival after 8pm, please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
If the owners are not notified, the stay is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited to the owners, who no longer have the time to rent out the lodge so late.
Each lodge has its own parking space with direct access.
In the event of heavy snowfall, vehicles will have to be parked at the entrance to La Valière, and you will have to walk to your lodge. We strongly advise you to bring the necessary equipment.
Vos activités
Autour du lac de Serre-Ponçon, vous pouvez pratiquer la randonnée, le vélo de route ou le VTT, le kayak, la voile, le paddle, ou encore l’escalade. Les Lodges de Valière à Chorges sont idéalement situés pour explorer les criques sauvages du lac, les sentiers forestiers, et profiter d’activités en pleine nature, été comme hiver.
Les marmottes se laissent facilement observer dans le Parc National des Écrins, accessible en moins d’une heure depuis les Lodges, ou dans la forêt du Morgon, surplombant le lac de Serre-Ponçon. Privilégiez le printemps et le début de l’été, quand elles sortent après l’hibernation. Nos voyageurs ont pu également en observer au début de l'automne.
Les Lodges ne proposent pas encore d’activités guidées, mais nous travaillons avec des partenaires locaux : guides de montagne, moniteurs de VTT, accompagnateurs nature et prestataires nautiques autour du lac de Serre-Ponçon. Nous serons ravis de vous orienter pour organiser un séjour sur mesure selon vos envies.
Chaque saison a son charme :
- Printemps : randonnées fleuries, observation de la faune (marmottes, chamois, rapaces).
- Été : baignade et sports nautiques sur le lac, activités de montagne.
- Automne : paysages colorés, calme, balades en forêt.
- Hiver : ski, raquettes et détente dans votre lodge avec sauna, jacuzzi et poêle après une journée en montagne.
Depuis Chorges, vous rejoignez en moins de 30 minutes la station de Réallon, conviviale et familiale, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac de Serre-Ponçon. Les stations d’Ancelle et d’Orcières Merlette 1850 sont également accessibles à moins d’une heure. Il en est de même pour la station des Orres ou de Crévoux.
Les plages du lac de Serre-Ponçon se trouvent à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Parmi les plus appréciées : la plage de Chanteloube à Chorges, idéale pour les familles, et la plage de la baie Saint Michel, parfaite pour une baignade ou une sortie en paddle, en kayak ou en pédalo.
Plus au sud, après le col Lebraut, vos trouverez également la plage de Bois-vieux avec sa piscine flottante en bois accessible en juillet août.
Your stay
Each lodge has a fully-equipped kitchenette, complete with pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, microwave, gas hob and fridge with freezer compartment.
If you book a packed lunch, the necessary equipment will also be provided.
We've thought of everything so that you can enjoy dinner without leaving your relaxing cocoon.
Each lodge has its own private indoor or outdoor SPA (see lodge description), which you can access at your convenience throughout your stay.
The SPAs are meticulously cleaned, in accordance with our maintenance booklet, after each tenant's departure. However, we ask you to take a soapy shower before entering the SPA. No creams or oils are allowed in the SPA. We also ask you to behave properly, so that everyone can have a pleasant time.
If you would like to benefit from our extra services, please let us know at the time of booking, so we can organize everything in advance of your arrival.
Chorges village, close to Les Lodges de la Valière, offers a wide range of shops and services: restaurants, doctors, pharmacy, butcher, supermarket...
Yes, everything is in the fridge when you arrive. When you reserve, please specify whether you would like a salty or sweet breakfast.
Viennoiseries and fresh bread are deposited in the morning starting at 8 a.m. in a container that keeps them warm outside the rental unit.
Pets are not allowed in the lodges for hygiene and allergy reasons.
Committed to healthy, local food, we work with local producers and artisans whenever possible. Whether organic or not, we take great care in choosing the products we offer.
Our charcuterie and cheese are meticulously selected by Fabien, from the “Au bon carnivore” butcher's shop in Chorges. The bread and viennoiseries are made with passion by Giada and Pierre-François, from the village's “Amat” bakery. Honey is harvested and jarred by Marion, beekeeper and founder of “Butine” in Chorges.
Depending on the availability and closing days of these establishments, we are obliged to turn to other retailers, always with a view to offering you quality local products.
The shower gel/shampoo offered in each chalet was conceived and designed by Blandine, founder of the Lune et l'autre brand. Her soaps are made from organic and local products.
Your departure
Departures are possible from 8am to 10:30am. For special requests, please contact us when booking.
Cleaning is included in the nightly rate. However, it is always appreciated to leave your rental clean and tidy (dishes done and put away, toilets emptied, etc.).
